Markham Hill

Markham Hill is a new proposed residential development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The basis of the project is to create a unique approach to a TND as a conservation community. Focus on the outdoors, nature, and high-density residential design allows for the conservation of existing forest land to remain intact for the local community. The residential guidelines document is a general framework for builders and homeowners that will guide the design and aesthetic of the homes in the community.
